To protect your confidentiality, we take the following measures:

• Your answers are confidential — no franchisor staff can see them individually. Instead, results are grouped together. For example, they’ll only see that 70% of franchisees recommend the franchise, not which people said yes or no.
• Your franchisor will never know who has or hasn’t filled in the survey. All they see is the response rate — for example, 150 out of 237 franchisees (63%) have taken part.
• Any comments you share will stay anonymous. The only way your franchisor could guess who you are is if you add very personal details, like ‘Since I became a franchisee in June…
• We take confidentiality very seriously. The only exception is if a comment contains threats, abuse, or criminal content — in such cases, we may review it individually and share the respondent’s identity if needed.
