Kidslingo Builds on WorkBuzz’s ‘Best Franchise Programme’ to Deliver Exceptional Franchise Support.
Driven by a passion to enrich young children’s lives, Kidslingo delivers engaging French and Spanish classes to over 35,000 children aged 0–11 every week. Classes run in primary schools, nurseries, childminders, community venues, online and in private homes.
At the heart of Kidslingo lies a simple philosophy – to inspire children to love languages. Through songs, games, movement, storytelling and drama, the programme brings language to life and nurtures a lifelong skill.
Currently there are 84 franchisees operating across 96 franchise territories.
What value do you get from running the survey?
The Work Buzz survey is a very important tool offering valuable and actionable insight. We place great value on running this survey because it gives us a comprehensive understanding of how franchisees are feeling—their challenges, their priorities, and what they like, want and need from the franchise system and Head Office. This ensure we are addressing the correct issues and spending our time in a meaningful way that will make a difference to franchisees.
Its anonymous format allows franchisees to provide open and honest feedback, which is essential to our ongoing improvement and innovation.
Overall, the results help us prioritise actions that will make an impact and further strengthen franchisee satisfaction.
Was there a particular area you wanted to improve?
Overall franchisee satisfaction is top of the list as that has a knock-on effect on everything else. Happy and listened to franchisees are the key element of a successful franchise and at the heart of everything we do at Kidslingo.
How do they use the reports? How did this influence the plans they had in place as a franchisor?
The Head Office team conducts a thorough review of the feedback to pinpoint opportunities for change and improvement within the franchise system. The survey also helps us with our ongoing training and support programmes.
How do you use your 5* award to promote your franchise network?
The 5-star satisfaction award is a powerful tool for franchisee recruitment as it provides an independent and trusted endorsement of the both the Kidslingo franchise model and the training and support provided. It gives
prospective franchisees enormous confidence in the brand, culture and the business. It is a statement that the franchise truly values its people.
Secondly it is a morale boost for both head office and the franchise network as a whole that they are part of an award-winning brand.
Thirdly the award is leveraged within Kidslingo’s consumer and business communications to demonstrate that we operate to the highest standards and have a dedicated network of happy franchisees.
