1. Standard Survey

32 questions, broken down into 6 key themes:

• Head Office Support
• Leadership
• Culture & Relationships
• Value & Rewards
• General Satisfaction

Results and analysis are shown in a 20-page PDF report. A second report contains all additional comments left by your franchisees, including answers to questions such as ‘What three things do you like best about your franchisor?’ and ‘What three things should your franchisor focus on improving?’.

2. Bespoke Survey

This option allows the flexibility to add in unlimited additional questions tailored to your network. Demographic questions can also be added such as ‘Who is your regional manager‘ and ‘What is your length of service‘.

Your own online dashboard allows the user to filter results relating to the demographic questions asked, allowing you to get in-depth analysis of the satisfaction of your network.
