How the Awards Work
We gather feedback by inviting your franchisees to complete our confidential online franchisee satisfaction survey.
On an agreed date, we will launch a branded survey to your network. All franchisees who have been trading for at least 2 months should be invited
The survey will remain open for approximately two weeks, with regular reminders sent to those who have not responded
Automated daily response rates will be emailed to you, to allow you to keep on track of what percentage of your network have completed the survey
Once the survey has closed, providing you have received responses from at least 60% of your network, you will be entered into the Best Franchise Awards
The awards shortlists will be determined based on your overall franchise satisfaction scores
The deadline for launching your survey is Monday 4th October 2021.
